We’re Committed to Making a Difference in Our Community!

Making a profit and making a difference aren’t mutually exclusive. One of our core values is a commitment to community, and this commitment begins with building a positive community at our workplace by:

Promoting inclusion and incorporating it into our hiring practices, employee protections, and day-to-day interactions.

Creating workplace policies and practices that encourage healthy work-life balance — such as flexible scheduling and working options, unlimited vacation, team-building events, and more.

Empowering employees through health and wellness initiatives, career development opportunities, and other on- and off-the-job support.

We’ve also taken our dedication to the community a step further with an ongoing initiative to support outreach and volunteering. Each month, a team member at LaFleur chooses a cause they are passionate about and organizes a way for the rest of the team to make an impact.

Below, you can read more about our experiences and the positive influence we’ve had on our community, whether it be at the local, state, or even national level. And if you’d like to partner with us to make a difference, call (888) 222-1512 or fill out a brief contact form.
