Our guest in this week’s episode is Yolanda Cartusciello of PP&C Consulting. A former director of marketing for law firms like Debevoise & Plimpton and Cleary Gottlieb, Yolanda now coaches and trains individual lawyers and works with practices and industry groups to help them develop deeper and more enduring client relationships. In this episode of our podcast, Yolanda joins us to talk about her work in adapting the customer journey mapping techniques used by companies like Apple and Amazon so that law firms of all shapes and sizes can apply them. Yolanda explains what a great client journey map looks like, what information law firms need to create them, and how to incorporate the client journey mapping process into a busy law firm’s workflow, among other topics.
