He wanted a commercial to emphasize his exceptional client service and help him stand out in a crowded San Antonio marketplace. He came to us with a simple concept: Crosley Law rolling out the red carpet for their clients.
LaFleur content strategists and designers ran with the concept and developed the tagline “From red tape to red carpet.” We used legal industry expertise and a “Jobs to be Done” (JTBD) exercise to understand the needs and motivations of the target audience and mapped out the common crash victims’ pain points. The commercial moved viewers from the pain and frustration of dealing with injuries and insurance companies to the relief of working with experienced attorneys at Crosley Law.
LaFleur scripted and storyboarded a stylized animated ad with bold, abstract visuals reminiscent of the work of Saul Bass. In partnership with the animation studio DropDrop, the ad came to life.
In 2023, LaFleur and DropDrop received a Gold Addy Award for this ad.
