Crosley Law rolls out the red carpet for their clients
The San Antonio law firm was ready to launch its first commercial. We delivered an award-winning ad that illustrates the shift “from red tape to red carpet” experienced by their clients.
Personal injury attorney Tom Crosley is not a "TV lawyer."
Tom wanted to launch connected TV (CTV) ads but was concerned about maintaining his brand's integrity. He envisioned a commercial that would emphasize Crosley Law's exceptional client service and help the firm stand out in the competitive San Antonio personal injury market. With a simple concept in mind-rolling out the red carpet for clients-he turned to LaFleur to bring his vision to life.
Our goal: An on-brand narrative that drove awareness
Crosley Law is (rightfully) proud of its premium client experience and results. It's also laser-focused on ROI (return on investment). We needed to create a CTV campaign that bolstered the firm's reputation and drove results. Tom and our team were adamant that the typical "call and response" commercials wouldn't achieve the firm's goals.
How we did it
Our creative process was human-centered and collaborative.
- Built empathy maps that identified our target audiences' pain points, needs, and motivations.
- Developed the tagline, "from red tape to red carpet."
- Scripted and storyboarded a stylized animated ad with bold, abstract visuals reminiscent of the work of Saul Bass.
- Partnered with an animation studio, DropDrop, to make the ads come to life.
- Guided Crosley Law through the State Bar of Texas' advertising review process.
The final commercial moved viewers from the pain and frustration of dealing with injuries and insurance companies to the relief of working with experienced attorneys at Crosley Law.
The result: Crosley Law signs more cases
Crosley Law's "red tape to red carpet" commercial wasn't conversion-focused. The goal was to reach legal consumers and build awareness-anticipating that increased awareness would expand the law firm's sales funnel.
It worked. Crosley Law experienced strong growth:
- 10% increase in signed cases, year-over-year
- Increased volume of high-quality leads and cases
LaFleur and DropDrop win industry recognition
Our work also resonated with leading advertising groups. In 2023, LaFleur and DropDrop won a series of awards for the "red tape to red carpet" commercial.
