Before LaFleur Legal Marketing even existed as an idea, Chip LaFleur had the opportunity to work with a group of people that he considered to be some of the most outstanding trial lawyers in practice today – a team of lawyers who embodied the ideal of actually putting the needs of their clients first and who would be willing to take a case because it was the right thing to do – even if it might not be profitable.

That initial (and still ongoing) engagement has made LaFleur Legal Marketing a very different type of agency. The ownership and staff of LaFleur Legal Marketing believe very strongly in the importance and value of trial lawyers in America. We consider trial lawyers to be the guardians of consumer safety, the sentries that prevent huge corporations from trampling on the rights of individual citizens, and – far too often – the last line of defense against corporations like pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers that value profits over human lives.

At LaFleur Legal Marketing, we are fascinated by the practice of law and feel that we have a unique ability to help law firms be heard and understood. We use an all-in-house team of writing and marketing professionals to help lawyers get their message out to the people and organizations that need them most.

We still work very closely with the firm that Chip LaFleur began working with years ago, and they consider LaFleur Legal Marketing to be more of a partner than a vendor. It’s our intention to continue assembling a uniquely qualified team of talented individuals, to work with the most outstanding law firms across the country, and to bring the processes and tactics that we have built and tested to firms that are thought leaders in the industry. In doing so, we hope to help them tell their story and get their message out to those who need them the most.

Because of our close relationship and history of working with experienced law firms, we’ve been able to customize our approach in a way that reflects how a real law firm operates. We understand the case management software they use and what intake looks like. We can use our experiences with a wide variety of legal firms to zero in on and effectively market the important differentiating factors for each client we work with.

Our hands-on experience has given us the opportunity to make our services work within a law firm’s structure rather than parallel to or outside of it. Our work is interwoven within it.

No one in the market that we are aware of is working so closely with law firms to help them improve their efficiency from the perspective of sales through case management and follow up.

We look at things from the perspective of making use of the team in place, applying already-established processes, and utilizing our own tested strategies with law firms across the country to maximize each of our client’s ROI.
