Rosemarie Falsetta is an organizational wizard and lover of lists and checkboxes. She thrives on creating structure and systems amidst chaos. Her desire to help a diverse group of people achieve a common goal motivates her work for LaFleur’s clients.
A native of Lansing, Michigan, Rosemarie graduated from Hope College with a double major in communication and political science. As a first-generation college student, she learned to get things done efficiently and work with tenacity (with her parents as her biggest cheerleaders). While at Hope, she spent a semester performing research and other internship duties at a microtargeting market research firm in Washington, D.C.
After college, Rosemarie launched her career in account management. She worked at a local furniture manufacturer, juggling numerous accounts in the hospitality industry. While in this role, Rosemarie realized she loved bringing order to the natural madness behind the scenes, and she also developed a passion for marketing and the process of showcasing a final product. Rosemarie joined the LaFleur team in 2019 as a project coordinator, combining all her professional passions into one role.
When Rosemarie isn’t in the office, you’ll find her planning her next trip or baking something with chocolate. Her favorite things include watching the sunset, ice cream, Michigan State University football and basketball, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
